I am a tiny vibrating speck within a massive Universe. My cells, like yours, vibrate around 75 Hz. Stare as I might at the skin on my palm, I cannot see the atoms jitterbugging in their predetermined pattern. But science has demonstrated that molecules in every natural substance move at specific frequencies, continuously dancing and bouncing. Count the repeated vibrations in one second, and you have the frequency.
What does that have to do with why I love my grandmother’s ring and still wear it? Or why I became broken-hearted when my ex-wedding ring was stolen? Or why we, humans, cherish our relationship with jewelry? Let’s explore the answers in this month’s blog.
As with most of my blogs, I look at issues and instances through a unique lens. Jewelry may be beautiful, but there is something more that draws us in. Along with almost everything else on our planet, stones and metals have a specific frequency, affecting the vibrational quality of nearby living substances. This energetic power applies to gold, silver, platinum and diamonds, gemstones, crystals, and many other compilations.
Every natural substance vibrates due to its atoms and molecules moving in a specific pattern. Even the Earth vibrates–7.83 Hz. While a higher frequency is found in a crystal. 23.768 Hz, to be exact. A diamond is a precious stone formed of pure carbon and designated as the densest crystal. However, obsidian, amethyst, and rose quartz are also important crystals within the energy field.
We recognize that crystals are important as they are known to emit and absorb energy. It is common knowledge that they are used in the electronic circuitry of microprocessors, cellphones, watches, and clocks. However, the same properties exist in your ring, broach, pendant, and necklace.
A healthy body vibrates between sixty-two and seventy-two Hz. In contrast, an unhealthy human vibrates in the fifties or lower. Consider the value of allowing one’s frequency to consciously be enhanced by the crystals and metals in close proximity.
Clear quartz is a white crystal considered to be a master healer. Obsidian is intensely protective. Rose Quartz is said to allow the wearer to express feelings of love. On the other hand, amethyst promotes calmness, clarity, and relaxation.
Let’s explore a few metals, their energetic qualities, and how they could affect our emotional and physical world. Gold is reported to grant protection and longevity. Utilizing modern concepts of frequency, one can understand how gold, silver, and platinum can affect mood and health by altering the wearer’s vibrational frequencies. Therefore, if you’re feeling depressed or sad, consider wearing a piece of jewelry to change your vibrations physically. Your mood will follow. It’s science, not magic.
A gold necklace with a diamond insert is purposely written into my upcoming book, The General’s Princess. One of the central characters whose mother gifted her the necklace clings to its emotional energy while she endures captivity. Created by jewelry designer Amanda Jaron, the piece grounds the young woman in the love of her family, instilling hope in her future rescue. Vibrational energy is not mentioned. However, now you know the inside scoop to this author’s inclusion of this small but powerful detail.
The next time you feel out of sorts, I suggest you tuck a crystal in your bra (if you wear one) or flaunt that diamond ring or earrings. Hang an amethyst around your neck or dotted on your wrist. At the very least, curl your fingers around a palmed crystal. You will absolutely feel the positive effects.
